Now i'm going to say something here, and i don't want to start another argument about it. It's more of an idea proposal that we should put into action IF the members it concerns agrees with it.

A SEPERATE MLP board should be made, there the topic can be openly discussed by all who wish to do it and any pony stuff can be shared. I know most of this site do not mind it, but a few of us do. And hey, it's better to keep everyone happy.

Now I want votes on this. I can't see why the Brony community members will see this as a bad thing, but please tell me if you do.

So there's one thing.

This site is getting out of hand with arguments. No-one is to take this part in a bad way. I'm simply stating some points here of how things SEEMED to me. So don't get disgruntled please.

Garth. Earlier you brought the topic up when me and Xazhi didn't want to discuss it and wouldn't let it die. To me, it seemed you were being rather quite a dick if i'm honest. You could have just let it go but i'm not saying you were alone in the wrong either.

Just think and try to avoid keeping things going, especially if the topic was already dropped. Please?

Quill. You made numerous posts amongst various areas of the site and got a few fact's here and there wrong. While we were in the wrong to discuss things the way we did, you should not have spread it round. That's almost shit-stirring and making things worse.

Please try to contain the situation, rather than spreading it amongst everyone. Please?

Like i said. I'm not saying no-one was in the wrong, because WE ALL were. But Garth and Quill, if you had done something differently, most of this thing could have been avoided.

If there's another site-wide argument such as this again, i will delete my account and leave. I don't want to do this. I like all of you guys and i have a lot of fun here.

1: I think your wrong to say I was ''shit stirring'' when all I did was point out how immaturely people behave in the Admin board. And how someone who isn't an admin shouldn't have any say at all in this. Myself included. But I will not stand by and let a whole topic of discussion be removed from the public space. If the ban was over anything I would react the same. If it was about cats I would react the same, because it isn't right to remove such topics with little if any intelligent points why.

2: I think you were wrong in the way you acted about it. You and me have a privilege to use the Admin board. We are very lucky so we should be respectful of each other and everyone else. The way you acted was brash and hurtful. You were eager to ban this topic and it came across that you were happy to change whatever without even discussing it with the Bronies. You then insulted me when I questioned you about it and that upset me. I felt like I was the only one defending the rights people have to talk about what they want and I was being bullied for that. Then when I continued to challenge you and Venom about it you left in a tantrum claiming I attacked you which was obviously never my intention. I then did the polite thing and apologised to you if I upset you. But still you come on here and attack me once again by saying I'm trying to fight with you. Which is not the case.

That's all I've got to say at the moment. If you think I am attacking you please try and look at it from my point of view. I was the only one objecting to these views at the time, and that isn't easy against more then one person. Then I felt insulated from some certain words and actions and the only way I could prevent any more of this bulling was by making the topic public. So that's what I think was wrong. The way people who had a say acted. And they and everyone else should know better then to resort to such brash and harsh ideas.

If the Pony people want a thread I'm sure they'll make one. But we shouldn't force them in to only discussing it via PM's and private threads. They've already done a lot (I.e using spoilers in their own thread.) No one is forcing anyone to look at anything. We should actually be happy that they get so much enjoyment out of a cartoon and that they go against to norm. So good for them.


Edit: Also I feel like your threat to leave if ''anything like this happens again'' is a form of blackmail. I think that simple statement will prevent anyone from questioning or challenging you again in fear of you leaving. I don't think its right the way you worded it. Nor the way it comes across. If your willing to put your opinion on the line over a rather extreme issue you should be prepared to back up your claims. When some one upsets you talk to them about it. Don't just say if it ever happens again I'll leave. That's a threat and makes me fearful of ever challenging you. I don't want to be the one to make you leave. I don't want anyone to leave. (Why do you think I'm defending the bronies?)

We can discuss what you said but we shouldn't take away from the points that were made here they need to be addressed. While your topic was incredibly inappropriate cartoons are not. Was it right to react the way we did? I'm not sure, but that was a long time ago and we had far less experience back then. Did we discuss it intelligently? Yes we did, and I and the other Admins discussed it in a mature and collective manner.

Sorry if you feel upset about this but this is more about how the people have treated each other.

I'm not really bothered to be honest. It does not bother me when they speak of this. Its quite amusing to hear their views on it.
But I agree with Skip, better to keep everyone happy.

To amend my suggestion, I say have it be in the Off topic area, as it is not related to roleplay-ing at all. It's a discussion forum, not an PR forum

As a brony, I am deeply offended by this I think a separate board would be a decent idea, because no one could complain about the ponies. Ever.

I also think a seperate board would be more appropriate, as they can then do what they want with their Pony community, without any complaints.

I vote for this, as i wouldn't mind it if it was a separate board. We have to respect each other's likings.
